Step 1: convert sample pictures to vector files

Step 2:engroove on 5mm transparent acrylic backplate

Step 3: install pure silicone neon flex in slot (LED strips hide inside flex)

Step 4: soldering, joint different strokes by thin transparent lines

Step 5: install ender caps, glue them on two sides of flex connection

Step 6: aging test 24-48 hrs

Step 7: check accessories' type, QTY and transformer test

Step 8: clean, wrapped with stretch film

Step 9: packaging

Step 1: convert sample pictures to vector files

Step 2:engroove on 8mm transparent acrylic backplate

Step 3: install 'S'shape led strips in slot

Step 4: soldering, joint different strokes by enamelled wire

Step 5: seal with waterproof glue on led strips (outdoor applicable)

Step 6: install pure silicone neon flex on led strips

Step 7: aging test 24-48 hrs

Step 8: check accessories' type, QTY, and transformer test

Step 9: clean, wrapped with stretch film

Step 10: packaging
